Terms and Conditions

Our terms and Conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions.

Currency Conversion

All prices throughout www.roseandpotter.co.uk are quoted in British Pounds Sterling.All transactions will be completed in £ Sterling and will be converted at your bank’s exchange rate.

Shipping and Handling

We aim to dispatch most items promptly within 2/3 days. However during busy periods please allow up to 7 working days and extra time if paying by cheque for clearing. All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail.

Standard Postage and Shipping in the UK is free for Orders of £30.00 and over (orders less than £30.00 will be charged at £3.95). Packages will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded.

We can also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service (UK only) @ £8.95 available from Monday to Thursday.

All packages will require a signature, so always ensure that someone is home.

Customs Duty

Please note that any additional charges for custom clearance, import duty or local taxes, are to be borne by the recipient.

Exchange/Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not totally happy with your purchase, you can return it to us, in new condition and in original packaging and packed carefully within 8 days for a refund or exchange. We will refund the cost of the item(s) excluding postage costs, within 30 days of cancellation, providing we are in receipt of the returned Goods, in a resaleable condition.

If the product is proven to be Faulty then a full refund will be given including postage costs.
