How to place an Order

Select the product(s) of your choice and click on Add to Basket, which will put them in the shopping basket. A window will then pop up and show the items you have selected. If you decide not to buy all the products you have selected, you can delete unwanted items from your shopping basket. Once you have finalised your selection, you can proceed to Checkout.

At the Checkout you will be asked for a few details, including your address (please note that we can only deliver to the cardholder’s address) and your preferred method of payment. You have the choice of paying through our SSI Secure Server or printing off your order and sending it with a cheque (made payable to Rose and Potter) direct to us.

Payments by cheque have to be cleared before goods are despatched.

We are at present unable to take orders over the telephone.

We can only fulfil orders to UK-based customers (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands). Customers outside the UK should email us before placing orders.
